Every Verge campaign is priced as CPM × view target. Both numbers are agreed up front and locked in writing. If we miss, the price prorates against actual views delivered at the same rate — there is no scenario where the brand pays full price for half the views. We're a better use of a budget line you already approved, not a new one.
